On this rather cloudy day we decided to take a rather short hike from Pontresina to St. Moritz, past the "Lej Stax" and and upland moor.

Hike up to the Morteratsch Glacier through the "Val Morteratsch". Takes a little less than an hour to get there from the train stop where the glacier used to end, it has since receeded almost two kilometers.

The vacation home we stayed in was located in La Punt-Chamues-Ch, about a 15 minutes drive away from St. Moritz and very conveniently directly next to the train station, from where we started all of our day trips.

Having slept on the floor we got up early despite having partied until late at night, went for breakfast and a stroll through downtown Munich.

The party at Anna's "WG". The Esso sign on the wall is real, bought for a crate of beer from workers at a gas station which was being reconstructed. Gives a nice living room decoration!

Our flight, which was supposed to leave Bucharest at 09:20 in the morning, was first delayed due to technical problems and then finally cancelled; the passengers being re-booked on flight 311 to Frankfurt via Munich at 15:25. We got to see a nice sunset from the airplane, though:)

A stroll through the downtown area of Bucharest with George, a friend of his, George's girlfriend, Georgeana and 2 * Alex on a sunny but chilly sunday afternoon.
